We are a small business and each order is hand printed. We try to process each order within 3-5 working days. This is then shipped with Evri on a 2-3 working day delivery for UK orders. If you haven't received your order within 10 working days then please get in touch!

If you open your order page through your confirmation email / text, your tracking details will be displayed there once dispatched. You will also receive an email with these details.

Of course! If you get in touch with us info@dayofthemoon.com then we can organise an exchange! Please note we only offer store credit or exchange for clothing items. These must be unworn & unwashed. Posters, tote bags & tea towels are non refundable.

If your order has been dispatched and you haven't received it within 7 working days (for UK orders) then please get in touch and we'll do what we can to track this for you!

We understand birthdays and events mean you need a fresh outfit and we're always happy to do what we can to help get items there as soon as possible. If possible we will try and speed up your order however this is dependent on how busy we are and stock levels at that time. Everything is hand printed so we do advise you order with our 3-5 working day dispatch time in mind.

We are more than happy to exchange an item for you however it is the customers responsibility to return the item to us in original condition. The item must be unworn & unwashed for an exchange. We recommend using a tracked service to insure your item is received safely.

Every item is hand printed to order so we are more than happy to exchange the size or even the design if you've changed your mind however returns are only available for store credit. Anything sent for exchange must be unworn & unwashed. If an item is returned more than once, extra shipping fee is chargable.

Unfortunately we are at full capacity at the moment so custom isn't something we can offer at the moment. Hopefully we can consider this in the future!

Anything ordered between November 25th - December 25th will have until 20th January to contact for an exchange. Our normal returns policy still stands and we will either exchange the item or offer store credit.

Customs charges depend on your country and are not included in your order or shipping cost. If an item is returned to us due to customs charges not being paid or the items are unclaimed, your item will be fully refunded but the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please ensure you check importing taxes and fees for your country before ordering.
