All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. UK delivery is a further 2-3 working days and International delivery is 1-2 weeks.

If you open your order page through your confirmation email / text, your tracking details will be displayed there once dispatched. You will also receive an email with these details.

Yes! We offer exchanges for clothing orders, please email info@dayofthemoon.com within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange information. Please note all items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached to be exchanged.

If your order has been dispatched and you haven't received it within 7 working days (for UK orders) then please get in touch and we'll do what we can to track this for you!

We understand that birthdays or events call for a last minute order, we will always try our best to get orders out ASAP and if available for UK orders we can upgrade your order to next day delivery, we can not however speed up the dispatch time.

We are more than happy to exchange an item for you however it is the customers responsibility to return the item to us in original condition. The item must be unworn & unwashed for an exchange. We recommend using a tracked service to insure your item is received safely. If the item is returned visibly worn, we can smell perfume, wash products etc on the item, the return will be refused and returned back.

We offer returns for store credit. Anything sent must be unworn & unwashed with the tags still attached. If an item is returned more than once, extra shipping fee is chargeable. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving item and returned within 7 days of return confirmation.

Unfortunately we are at full capacity at the moment so custom isn't something we can offer at the moment. Hopefully we can consider this in the future!

Anything ordered between November 25th - December 25th will have until 20th January to contact for an exchange. Our normal returns policy still stands and we will either exchange the item or offer store credit.

Customs charges depend on your country and are not included in your order or shipping cost. If an item is returned to us due to customs charges not being paid or the items are unclaimed, your item will be fully refunded but the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please ensure you check importing taxes and fees for your country before ordering.
