Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING TIMES
All items are hand made to order so we aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days. All UK items are dispatched on a standard 2-3 day delivery. Any delays with shipping couriers are out of our controls.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All items are shipping from the UK within 3-5 working days. We use a standard tracked delivery service and the delivery time will depend on each individual country. Items should arrive within 2 weeks but will depend on border control and customs service. Please use your tracking number in the email provided to track your item.

CUSTOMS FEES AND TARIFFS
US tariff fees ARE included in your shipping costs and are prepaid upon dispatch by us.

Individual custom and import fees are dependant on your country and not included in the cost of the item or shipping. Please check your countries import policy to anticipate any customs fees. If an item is returned to us due to customs fees not being paid, your original shipping cost will not be refunded. If import and custom fees are due then this may delay your parcel.
